Back-Side Builder Prototype

The Back-Side Builder is the patented exercise method and device invented by Henry Hall, a retired United States Air Force fighter pilot.  Mr. Hall devised the exercise method while flying high performance aircraft and suffering lower back discomfort due to the excessive "G" forces experienced during high speed maneuvering.

In 1988 he began the development of this device which is uniquely designed to allow the user to gradually and safely strengthen and stretch the muscles of the lower back by using a combination of both the arms and the lower back muscles during the exercise.

A total of five units were produced, three for testing and two were sold. They were well received and testimonials were favorable.  In 1996, Henry Hall entered the Real Estate and Land Development business and did not follow through taking his invention to market.
